Create and optimize ads to generate leads/interests for GSPANN. Collaborate with design, development, and content teams to implement ongoing onsite and offsite content updates and optimizations. Perform the role of a webmaster, ensuring that the GSPANN website is always up-to-date and in the best of technical health. Collaborate on technical audits, UX audits, keyword research, and other analyses for new and existing clients. Develop a robust backlinking strategy for GSPANNs web assets to enable high ranks for business-specific short, medium, and long tail keywords. Develop tactics to target potential customers throughout the lifecycle of their digital journey and relationship with GSPANN. Be the product owner for the official GSPANN website, working closely with marketing, administrative, and practice stakeholders to understand, document, and curate a backlog of requirements. Lead and curate content updates on the official GSPANN website. Manage SEM and Social ad budgets and performance Curate the overall digital strategy (SEO/SEM) from conception through to implementation and analyze the performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to design and execute digital marketing plans to meet business objectives, including program launches, webinar announcements, top-level recruitments, and other key announcements. Drive conversion optimization of all digital executions, including implementing appropriate tools, optimizing content on a regular basis, and improving the usability and experience for the client. Support all stakeholders in developing optimized web pages. Measure growth and impact across the full spectrum of marketing channels including, but not limited to, Google (organic and Inorganic) Support internal training to equip select people at GSPANN with SEO content-development skills. Stay up to date on the best practices and current trends to ensure the firm maintains its digital-first policy Skills : A bachelors degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in SEO/SEM is crucial. Expertise in frontend web development (e.g., HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript). Prior experience in managing headless/composable CMS-based websites will be advantageous. Proven and demonstrable success in SEO and SEM capabilities. Exposure and experience of using GenAI in SEO. Expertise in Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, SEMRush, Ubersuggest, and other similar tools. Should be hands-on with the latest changes in search engine algorithm Strong organizational, written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills. Must have project planning and management skills. Should be passionate about continuous innovation and use technology to push the boundaries of digital marketing campaigns.
