Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our office. The candidate will handle inbound calls, coordinate client communication, manage ongoing projects, and provide technical support coordination with our development team. Key Responsibilities:Attend and manage all incoming calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries professionally. Maintain communication between clients and technical/development teams. Assist in managing project updates, follow-ups, and client requirements. Record and track customer requests, complaints, and support tickets. Maintain proper records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups. Provide basic information about company products and services to visitors and callers. Support the project manager in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and reporting progress. Handle front office duties such as maintaining visitor logs, managing courier services, and office coordination. Requirements: Qualification: Graduate/Master in any discipline (preferably in Management or IT). Experience: 0–2 years in front office, receptionist, or project coordination role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office. Familiarity with website or software-based projects will be an added advantage.
