Job Description

The Senior Workfront Consultant is responsible for ensuring the success of Workfront customers by efficiently assessing, designing, implementing, and configuring work management solutions using the Workfront platform. This role requires a hands-on technical, results-oriented practitioner with a deep business process and integration consultative focus. Additionally, the Consultant must adopt a guiding approach to increase solution adoption, add business value, and optimize the implementation process to enhance the client experience, satisfaction, and retention. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate technical interactions during the customer journey - Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery - Collaborate with various teams to design and implement integrated solutions for customers - Oversee technical development and document standard operating procedures for technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software - Troubleshoot technical issues, confirm problem validity, and provide proven solutions - Provide post-deployment technical support for customer integration-related issues - Assess integration needs/requirements, identify solutions, describe integration processes, and capabilities during pre-sales and post-sales stages - Develop integration solutions (programming, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identify necessary Workfront configurations to support integration approaches Required Experience: - Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of overall software development experience - 5+ years of client-facing integration and/or implementation work experience - Proficiency in Workfront Fusion, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired - Proficient in Java, PHP, or Python; JavaScript, HTML, and CSS - Familiarity with relational databases/SQL - Experience with data migration from previous client tools and systems - Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills - Proactive, flexible, hands-on, results-oriented practitioner with a deep business process and consultative focus - Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Strong communication skills - Experience with SaaS-based environment solutions implementation - Experience with enterprise systems of record integrations (ERP, HCM/HRIS, SFA/CRM, etc.) - Experience working with 3rd party software integrations This job description is a summary of the Senior Workfront Consultant role, highlighting the key responsibilities and required experience for potential candidates.,
