As a Sr. WordPress Website Developer at C2C Media, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining responsive WordPress websites. Your responsibilities will include building and customizing themes, templates, and plugins, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality, optimizing websites for speed, performance, and SEO, troubleshooting website issues, and collaborating with designers and marketers to bring ideas to life. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices, manage hosting environments, migrations, and database structures. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites. - Build and customize themes, templates, and plugins as required. - Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionality. - Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues. - Collaborate with designers and marketers to translate ideas into functional websites. - Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices. - Manage hosting environments, migrations, and database structures. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer. - Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL. - Deep understanding of WordPress core, themes, and plugin architecture. - Hands-on experience with Elementor, WPBakery, or other page builders. - Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations. - Ability to handle both front-end (UI/UX) and back-end (logic & database) tasks. - Experience with version control (Git) is a plus. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. - Strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
