As a Graphic Design & Video Editing professional at our company based in Agra, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing creative designs for various media to meet the requirements of internal teams and external clients. Your expertise in design software will be essential in overseeing the production of designs to ensure timely completion. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with the team on materials such as web pages, presentations, collateral, signage, newsletters, videos, and marketing materials. - Utilize appropriate colors and layouts based on brand identity for each graphic or video. - Edit and create videos for promotions across different platforms including posts, clips, reels, and long formats. - Test graphics and videos on various media to ensure optimal performance. - Incorporate trend intelligence and market understanding to design and execute specific classifications effectively. - Coordinate photography needs with team members, assign projects to photographers if necessary, and oversee deadlines, reviewing and editing photos as needed. - Understand video production nuances and work closely with the motion graphics and production team for seamless execution. **Requirements:** - Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations, graphics, and video or motion creatives, demonstrating exceptional creativity and innovative design skills. - Minimum 3+ years of experience with design and editing software like After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDraw, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver. - Knowledge and proficiency in 3D Max Software will be an additional asset. - Expertise in Adobe Suite, Adobe Premiere, and related software. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Methodical work approach with a focus on meeting deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, art, or a related discipline preferred.
