Senior Video and Motion Designer

As a multidisciplinary video creator at Testsigma, you will blend motion design artistry, sharp visual storytelling, and hands-on production skills to bring Testsigma's product stories to life across various formats. You will move fluidly between After Effects and a camera rig, storyboards and editing timelines, and high-level narrative design and pixel-level perfection. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conceptualize, design, and animate motion graphics for product explainers, launch videos, ads, and social content. - Build modular visual systems and dynamic motion templates for scalable storytelling across features. - Collaborate with product and marketing teams to visualize complex product concepts in simple, elegant ways. - Edit and post-produce UI walkthroughs, screen demos, and feature overview videos with clean transitions, voiceovers, and callouts. - Plan, shoot, and produce interviews, podcasts, and event videos from lighting and sound setup to direction and post. - Work closely with creative leads on script development, storyboarding, and shot planning. - Develop visual styles and motion language aligned with the Testsigma brand. - Stay ahead of industry trends in AI storytelling, product visualization, and generative video workflows. - Experiment with AI tools and motion pipelines (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) to push creative boundaries. - Collaborate with designers, writers, and PMMs to make every product story emotionally resonant and visually distinctive. **Qualifications Required:** - 4+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics (product tech or SaaS experience is a plus). - Deep expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop. - Hands-on proficiency with camera equipment, lighting, and audio for shoots. - A strong reel showcasing motion storytelling, kinetic typography, and screen-based UI animation. - Ability to craft a story from raw footage pacing, emotion, and energy matter as much as design. - Curiosity to explore AI-assisted video creation, generative visuals, and new production workflows. - A collaborative spirit and a creative eye that sees opportunities to elevate every frame.
