As a Senior User Experience Design Specialist, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of designers, product owners, developers, project managers, and quality experts to collaborate closely with our clients in delivering exceptional software solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass supporting project planning, integration, and driving user-centered design initiatives. Your Role & Responsibilities: - Demonstrate a proactive approach in comprehending, implementing, and enforcing SAP-specific design principles on products. - Exhibit a proven capability to engage effectively with teams and operate autonomously in a diverse, multi-site global environment. - Assist in generating UX effort estimations for new projects while maintaining a clearly defined scope. Plan and facilitate requirements gathering workshops encompassing user requirements analysis, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing. - Conduct design sessions with relevant teams utilizing methodologies like Design Thinking and User-Centered Design. - Develop designs and prototypes ranging from low to high fidelity based on the SAP Fiori design system. - Collaborate closely with product owners to ensure the delivery of anticipated UX outcomes, validate designs through reviews, validations, and formal usability testing. - Stay abreast of the latest design and user experience trends and best practices, sharing acquired knowledge with the team to foster continuous learning. Skills and Competencies: - Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Digital Media Design, or Human-Computer Interaction. - Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field. - Proficient in utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Mural, and Axure for design tasks.,
