Job Summary

Senior US IT Recruiter

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience working with various employment types and work authorizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

  for US IT positions.
• Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and evaluate resumes based on job requirements and technical skills.
• Conduct initial screening and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, communication, availability, and compensation.
• Work on

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  requirements.
• Understand and validate different

  US work authorizations

  , including H1B, Green Card, EAD, US Citizen, and other applicable statuses.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and clients for feedback.
• Negotiate compensation/rates with candidates where applicable.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients to understand hiring requirements.
• Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.
• Follow up on submissions, interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and US staffing processes.

Required Skills

• 4–8 years of relevant

  US IT Recruitment / US Staffing experience

  .
• Strong knowledge of the US IT staffing and recruitment market.
• Hands-on experience with

  W2, C2C, and 1099

  hiring.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types.
• Experience recruiting for technical positions such as Software Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, etc.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and target-oriented approach.
• Willingness to work in the

  US night shift

  and from the office.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with

  Direct Clients

  and MSP/VMS environments.
• Experience working on contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions.
• Knowledge of IT technologies such as

  Java, .NET, Python, AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, and Cloud technologies

  .
• Experience with ATS/CRM and recruitment platforms.
• Previous experience in a high-volume US staffing environment.
