We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences.

Role Overview

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and developer handoff. You will collaborate closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to design scalable, consistent, and user-centric web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS products.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, maintaining consistency in layouts, typography, colors, spacing, and components.
• Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, UI kits, and design guidelines.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, usability testing, and design validation.
• Design complex dashboards, admin panels, data tables, forms, reports, settings pages, and multi-step workflows.
• Ensure responsive designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation and resolve UI/UX-related issues.
• Review implemented screens and provide feedback to maintain design quality.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve existing product experiences.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, components, variants, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, and complex workflows.
• Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles.
• Ability to create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI specifications.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and visual consistency.
• Experience collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and development teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design projects is mandatory.

Good to Have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or healthcare, HRMS, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise software.
• Familiarity with usability testing tools and user research methodologies.
• Understanding of HTML and CSS fundamentals.
