About the Role This is a critical role on our Product team, reporting to the VP Product. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UI Designer to help shape the visual and interactive language of companys platform. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will partner with UX, Product Management, and Engineering to create a UI for our no-code platform. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio and proven track record of applying interaction design principles, user psychology, and accessibility standards to create engaging, world-class, web-based interfaces. We want a combination of Graphic Designer + UI Designer + B2B + Saas exp. We want someone who has built multi layered complex tools. Design functional and elegant user interfaces for our web-based no-code platform. Partner closely with Product Management, UX, and Engineering to understand new capabilities, contribute to functional requirements, and create solutions. Translate complex user workflows into intuitive interaction models and visual designs. Create detailed UI mockups, prototypes, and design specs for implementation in Flutter. Create engineering-ready delivery assets following the Agile development process. Define and evolve the companys visual language, including typography, color, iconography, illustration, and layout. Create brand guidelines for internal and external use. Lead the definition and implementation of accessibility standards across the platform. Design marketing visuals, social graphics, product mockups, and other assets. Provide creative direction on photo, video, and illustrations. What Were Looking For 6+ years experience designing UIs for web-based SaaS platforms. Strong portfolio showcasing design work on authoring environments, design tools, developer platforms, or no-code/low-code systems. Deep understanding of interaction design, user psychology, and responsive design. Experience building and managing scalable Design Systems with tokens, components, and documentation. Hands-on experience with the latest technologies used to build rich web, desktop, and mobile apps (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, Flutter, Material Design, Metal). Solid grasp of accessibility standards and how to apply them in real-world applications (WCAG, ARIA, etc.). Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, or InVision High attention to detail in planning, managing, and producing design deliverables. Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with iterative design and development cycles. Enjoys being part of a small team with a big mission.
