Senior TIBCO Integration Engineer

You are an experienced Senior TIBCO Integration Engineer with 8-10 years of experience, seeking to design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO middleware. Your responsibilities include integrating enterprise applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting integration issues, providing technical leadership, and ensuring adherence to best practices. In this role, you will design, develop, and implement integration solutions using TIBCO middleware products such as TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO ActiveMatrix. You will work closely with various teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining technical documentation, troubleshooting integration issues, providing mentorship to junior team members, and ensuring that integration solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and organizational policies. To excel in this position, you must have hands-on experience with TIBCO middleware products, proficiency in SOAP/REST web services, API management, and message queuing systems, as well as strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, or other relevant languages. A deep understanding of integration patterns, middleware architectures, and enterprise application integration is essential, along with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Effective communication skills are also required to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is necessary for this role, and TIBCO certification would be a plus. Preferred qualifications include experience with additional middleware tools and cloud-based integration platforms, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, and knowledge of database systems and data integration strategies.
