Job Title: QA Test Automation Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled QA Test Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in automating test cases for web applications using Playwright (preferred) or Selenium WebDriver, along with proficiency in Core Java. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks, ensuring high-quality software releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications using Playwright or Selenium WebDriver.
- Write and execute test cases in Core Java, focusing on reliability and scalability.- Collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and identify test scenarios.- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Git and related tools.- Troubleshoot and debug test failures, providing detailed reports and recommendations.- Gain familiarity with Linux environments for test execution and basic scripting.- Work with Java APIs to interact with backend services and validate integrations.
Required Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in software test automation.
- Strong knowledge of Core Java.- Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred) or Selenium WebDriver for web application testing.- Basic understanding of Linux programming and shell scripting.- Familiarity with Java APIs and RESTful services.- Proficiency in Git for version control.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
