Senior Telecommunications Support Analyst

Role Overview: As a Senior Telecommunications Support Analyst at NTT DATA, your main responsibility will be to analyze and support the telecommunications network to meet business and customer requirements. You will be involved in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting telecommunications components to ensure a secure and high-performance network. Additionally, you will play a key role in capacity planning, resource management, and contingency planning to manage risks of telecommunications failure. Key Responsibilities: - Provide 2nd-level enterprise network support to resolve complex network issues - Perform technical analyses and resolutions of network-related incidents within the UPS global network infrastructure - Analyze applications, hardware, and software activities on the network to assist with problem resolution - Conduct root cause analyses and work with appropriate groups to implement final resolutions - Utilize packet analyzers and network management systems to isolate and resolve issues effectively Qualifications Required: - Proficiency with Wireshark and packet captures is a must - Complete understanding of the steps for a successful connection and termination of a socket - Knowledge of how Spanning Tree works - Protocol knowledge including ARP, DHCP, DNS, WAN/LAN, TCP/UDP - Mandatory skills include Wireshark, packet capture experience, and extensive knowledge of data center infrastructure - Desired skills include certifications such as CCNA and CCNP (Note: The additional details about NTT DATA have been omitted as requested.),
