Job Title: Telecaller & Student Enrolment Manager

Location: Dharavi, Mumbai

Reports to: Education Director

Next Step Learning provides affordable computer and English education to children and young people. We are looking for a confident and motivated person to contact potential students, explain our courses, and encourage them to enrol.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling & Student Enrolment (Primary Responsibility)

Call potential students and parents to explain our computer and English courses.

Explain course benefits, fees, timings and scholarship opportunities, wherever applicable.

Follow up with interested students and parents to convert enquiries into enrolments.

Maintain records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and admissions.

2. Community Outreach

Occasionally visit nearby communities, schools and other locations to promote our courses.

Interact with parents and young people to create awareness and identify potential students.

3. Staff Training.
Provide sales training and manage other staff members

4. Other Responsibilities

Attend teacher training sessions organised by Next Step Learning.

Support classroom activities and event organisation when needed

Any other task which can reasonably be expected of this position

*Required Skills & Knowledge*

Minimum 12th standard pass; graduation preferred.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi.

Good computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets.

Confidence in speaking with people over the phone and in person.

Interest in education and working with children and young people.

Willingness to learn, attend training and support teaching when required.

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, admissions. Teaching experience is an advantage.

The primary objective of this role is to increase student enrolments through effective telecalling and follow-ups, while supporting the wider educational activities of Next Step Learning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
