Job Description

Qualification: Excellent communication in Hindi, Minimum of 1 Years to 2 years experience in a BPO/ Voice process. Preference would be given to candidates having experience in tele-calling function (Any product) for a minimum period of 1 to 2 years Understand customer need and handle their queries Previous experience working as Telemarketing manager. Experience in telesales preferred. Strong managerial and sales skills. Ability to multitask. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong organizational skills. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: telecalling: 1 year (Required) Language: Hindi (Required) Work Location: In person
