The role entails developing user manuals, FAQs, product guides, and other documentation to ensure seamless product utilization by customers. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as user manuals, release notes, setup guides, and API documentation. - Translate complex technical concepts and processes into easy-to-understand materials for a wide audience, including non-technical users. - Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer support teams to gather information and ensure accuracy in the documentation. - Update and revise documentation as the product evolves and new features are released. - Identify gaps in customer knowledge with the Customer Success team and develop documentation to address those gaps. - Create and manage a knowledge base of FAQs and troubleshooting tips. - Ensure consistency and clarity across all customer-facing technical content. - Gather feedback from customers and internal teams to enhance the quality of the documentation. - Assist in creating instructional videos or visual content to complement written documentation. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in technical writing or similar roles within a software or tech environment. - Strong technical background with the ability to comprehend and elucidate complex product details. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in content creation tools like Markdown, HTML, or other technical writing software. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with creating API documentation and collaborating with engineering teams is advantageous. **About Centific:** At Centific, individuals are at the heart of the culture, with a strong emphasis on skill enhancement and work-life balance for all employees.
