Duties & Responsibilities: We are looking for a Technical Writer with 6 years of experience for a full-time hybrid role based in Pune. Create user guides, how-to guides, and FAQs. Review and improve existing technical documentation to ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with industry standards. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and validate technical details. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Technical Communication, Communications, English, or a related field Mandatory experience in Financial or Fintech Domain. 6+ years of experience writing software documentation Good understanding of software concepts, architectures, and processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong focus on grammar, technical accuracy, and consistency Ability to effectively manage time and workload Ability to collaborate with Cross Functional Teams Experience with single source authoring tools such as Madcap Flare. Experience with image capture tools such as Snagit.
