Adobe values new ideas from all levels of the organization and encourages innovation. As a Field Engineering Consultant at Adobe, you will play a crucial role as a customer-facing technical advisor. Your responsibilities include providing advisory support to clients and implementation partners for implementing the Adobe Campaign solution. This role involves gathering and understanding clients" unique business requirements, offering expert guidance by sharing best practices, and building customized solutions using Adobe Campaign. You will be responsible for ensuring that the implementation cycle adheres to industry best practices, identifying technical issues, and highlighting risks when necessary. Additionally, you will work with clients to strategize and drive business value from the platform, enabling them to adopt and scale up in their maturity roadmap. This role requires strong technical acumen in digital campaign implementation and entails frequent customer interactions. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a recognized expert for Adobe internal and regional stakeholders. - Act as the primary point of contact for customer engagements. - Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously. - Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and implementation partners. - Assist clients in adopting and scaling in their maturity roadmap. - Integrate Experience Cloud products effectively to optimize online businesses. - Gain in-depth knowledge of client website architecture, online business model, and marketing strategy. - Gather and document client business requirements, key performance indicators, and technical requirements. - Review customized solution design and implementation strategies. - Troubleshoot technical problems reported by customers and define workarounds. - Provide advisory support to key stakeholders with industry best practices. - Communicate effectively with customer and implementation partner teams throughout the project lifecycle. - Collaborate with internal Adobe teams and client/implementation partners. Requirements for Success: - 6-8 years of hands-on experience as a client-facing consultant in Digital/Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), or a related field. - Proficiency in managing connections and data views in CJA, troubleshooting data sources, and migrating from Adobe Analytics to CJA. - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) core concepts, WebSDK, MobileSDK, and CJA APIs. - Hands-on experience in building customer journey campaigns, setting up source connectors, and leveraging segments in AEP. - Strong understanding of multi-channel data management, segmentation, automation, and personalization. - Experience with SQL and troubleshooting technical issues related to APIs, data ingestion, and segments. - Strong JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, and web services/APIs skills. - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Special Consideration for: - Multi-solution experience in AEP App Services (CJA/AJO/CDP). - Integration of Analytics with other Adobe solutions. - Previous client-facing role experience. - Strong understanding of online marketing and web/mobile app development. - Passion for technology and problem-solving. - Excellent organizational, presentation, and communication skills.
