In this role, you will drive end-to-end recruitment across departments while contributing to core HR functions to help build a high-performing team in our growing real estate consultancy. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition (Primary – 70%) Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, etc. Should be aware of various methods of recruitment to attract the best talent in the industry Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview rounds Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a seamless experience Track recruitment metrics and present reports to leadership HR Generalist & Admin Support (30%) Assist in on boarding and induction of new hires Maintain employee records and HR databases Support daily HR operations including attendance, leaves, and documentation Skills & Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field,MBA preferred 5+ years of HR experience with a strong recruitment track record Proven ability to close roles quickly and effectively Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experience in real estate or consulting is a plus\ MBA preferred.
