Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify hiring needs and role requirements. Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical and engineering roles. Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain a strong pipeline of engineering and project management professionals across disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, etc.). Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Stay informed about market trends in engineering talent and compensation. Support employer branding efforts and represent the company at job fairs, university events, and industry functions. Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
