Description
(i) A Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 15 years of experience in managing contracts related to the construction industry, such as railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects. (ii) Length of experience: 12 years (ii) A Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 18 years of experience in managing contracts related to the construction industry, including railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects." OR (iii) A retired Engineer from Railways or a PSU with a minimum of 15 years' experience, either in the gazetted cadre of the Engineering Department of Railways or in a managerial role (Manager or above) in the Civil Engineering Department of RITES, IRCON, RVNL, or an equivalent grade in Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any Joint Ventures (JVs) or Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) with the Ministry of Railways, or any Metro Rail Corporation, either individually or in combination. Additionally, the individual must have at least 5 out of the 15 years of experience handling contracts related to the construction industry, such as railway, highway, airport, or bridge projects. Note: The experience mentioned in (iii) may be added to the experience in (i) and (ii) to meet the requirements for assigning marks."
