Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Workplace: Based on the work either at our office or at Client Place.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to support system testing, validation, integration, troubleshooting, and field deployment activities for UTS solutions in Wireless Communication, Electronic Warfare (EW), RADAR, and allied Defence Electronics systems.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in system-level testing, module integration, functional validation, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance meets technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform system-level testing, functional validation and integration.

 Conduct field testing, trials and troubleshoot system issues.

 Validate I/O specifications, interfaces, connectivity and system performance.

 Use Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes and RF testing equipment.

 Perform power, antenna and RF chain checks.

 Support installation, configuration, demonstrations and customer activities.

 Prepare test reports, STP, STR, ATP and validation documents.

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge:

 Good understanding of Wireless Communication and RF fundamentals (dB, dBm, MHz/GHz,

power concepts).

 Knowledge of signal propagation, attenuation and RF concepts.

 Basic knowledge of Signal Processing (Sampling, Filtering and FFT).

 Familiarity with RADAR, Drone and Electronic Warfare terminology and operating concepts.

 Understanding of system specifications, I/O interfaces and connectivity validation.

 Knowledge of troubleshooting, interface-level debugging and system restoration.

 Hands-on exposure to Spectrum Analyzers and Oscilloscopes.

 Good documentation, communication and coordination skills.

 Exposure to STP, STR and Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) preferred.

Minimum Service Agreement:

 24 months’ service for below 3 years’ experience candidates.

 12 months’ service for above 3 years’ experience candidates.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
