Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to work on system requirements engineering, system design, integration, verification, validation, and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, decompose, allocate, and manage system requirements across system elements and subsystems.

- Perform system analysis, trade-off studies, and system architecture assessments.

- Prepare and maintain BRD, HLD, System Configuration Documents, Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM), Interface Control Documents (ICD), architecture diagrams, test plans, test procedures, and test reports.

- Perform hardware/software integration, system integration testing, and requirements verification.

- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Verification & Validation (V&V).

- Debug and troubleshoot issues using log management tools such as Graylog and Splunk.

- Perform risk assessments and resolve complex technical issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

- Prepare technical reports and documentation and support proposal activities.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

- Work in an Agile environment and manage activities using JIRA.

Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in systems engineering.

- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering, system design, and technical documentation.

- Experience preparing BRD, HLD, and System Configuration Documents.

- Hands-on experience with UAT, V&V, and system integration testing.

- Experience with IBM DOORS for requirements management and traceability.

- Knowledge of SysML or UML and modeling tools such as IBM Rational Rhapsody.

- Experience with Graylog, Splunk, or similar log analysis tools.

- Basic knowledge of SQL Server.

- Experience with JIRA and Agile methodologies.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Additional Information

- Candidates must be comfortable working from the Hyderabad office.
