Senior STEM Trainer

As a passionate and creative STEM Education Trainer, your primary role will involve delivering engaging and age-appropriate science, technology, engineering, and mathematics lessons to higher grade students. Your focus will be on fostering curiosity, problem-solving skills, and hands-on learning through interactive activities and project-based instruction. You will be guiding students in topics such as robotics, coding, electronics, design thinking, and applied science/engineering concepts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Teaching STEM concepts using activity kits, experiments, robotics, coding, and creative projects. - Delivering company-developed curriculum in an energetic manner to students in grades 7-10. - Setting up, managing, and maintaining STEM kits and teaching equipment. - Engaging students through interactive questioning, teamwork, and playful exploration. - Ensuring safety, inclusion, and positive behavior in the learning environment. - Providing training and support to junior trainers or interns as needed. In order to excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a degree in Engineering. - Demonstrate the ability to simplify complex concepts into child-friendly activities. - Possess good communication and classroom management skills.
