As a Platform Software Architect Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be responsible for creating, evolving, enhancing, and adapting software architectural solutions for Qualcomm products. Your primary focus will be on platform boot, reset, debug, resource management, workload partitioning, memory maps, infrastructure aspects such as NoC connectivity, virtualization, interrupts, timers, etc. You will work on server products while collaborating with multiple cross-functional technology architecture and execution teams. Key Responsibilities: - Create, evolve, enhance, and adapt software architectural solutions for Qualcomm products - Focus on platform boot, reset, debug, resource management, workload partitioning, memory maps, and infrastructure aspects - Provide assessment for features/changes by establishing systemic understanding - Support power, performance, memory, or other systemic KPI assessments - Collaborate with multiple cross-functional technology architecture and execution teams Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 6+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience, or Master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 4+ years - 3+ years of work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. - 13 to 17+ years of experience in the embedded domain - Experience in real-time software development for embedded products - Embedded platforms experience including low-level firmware, kernel, and user-space components Additional Company Details: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing accessible processes for individuals with disabilities during the application/hiring process.
