Senior Staff Technical Consulting Services Representative

Role Overview: At PowerSchool, you will be part of a dedicated team of innovators focused on powering personalized education for students globally. As a global leader in cloud-based software for K-12 education, PowerSchool supports the entire educational ecosystem, making a significant impact on the K-12 education experience. Key Responsibilities: - Load K-12 assessment data into the Analytics and Insights platform, troubleshoot data loads, and update data visualizations - Work in the assessment data team to resolve technical issues, create documentation, and contribute to product evolution - Daily tasks include loading assessment data, updating data visualizations, troubleshooting data loading issues, and identifying data anomalies using SQL Qualification Required: Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or equivalent years of relevant work experience - Strong SQL skills - Experience in developing and maintaining data visualizations using SQL or other tools - Knowledge of K-12 assessment terminology, practice, score data, and test metadata - Understanding of basic data warehouse concepts and terminology Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in developing technical documentation - Understanding of Agile development concepts (Note: EEO Commitment information has been omitted from the Job Description),
