Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Nursing Services team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of nursing experience, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team. Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans for patients. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in staff training and development programs. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing) or equivalent. Registered Nurse (RN) license recognized in India. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing situations. Knowledge of nursing best practices and patient care protocols. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
