Senior Staff Nurse

You will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care to premature and severely ill newborn infants and Gynae patients (Pre OP & post OP). This includes caring for the basic needs of infants such as feeding and changing diapers, performing medical procedures like inserting intravenous lines, conducting tests, and administering medications. You will also assist the NICU/Gynae physicians in medical procedures and treatments, use and adjust specialized medical equipment, formulate nursing plans, and evaluate treatment effectiveness. Additionally, you will comfort ill newborns and provide support to anxious parents and family members, while also offering education on at-home care. - Registered nursing license. - GNM or B.Sc in nursing. - 3 years of experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to offer emotional support to parents, guardians, and family members. - Working knowledge of NICU/Gynae specialized equipment. - Teamwork skills. - Ability to provide comfort to ill newborns.
