Senior SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) Engineer

As a Senior SPI Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective project management and client communication. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring client communication and effective team management to meet project requirements. - Coordinating inter-disciplinary tasks, reviewing deliverables, and interacting with clients. - Developing loop drawings and wiring drawings in SPI software. - Preparing datasheets, instrument index, IO list, cable schedules, and JB schedules using SPI. - Creating hookup drawings and maintaining accuracy in the SPI database. - Utilizing EDE views, symbols, and customizing templates, as well as working with PSR forms. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of instrumentation deliverables, engineering standards, and SPI/AutoCAD. - Being proficient in interpreting and referring to instrumentation engineering drawings. - Showcasing leadership, communication, and coordination skills in your work. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Tech / M.Tech degree in E&I, ECE, or EEE. - 8-10 years of relevant experience in Instrument Indexing, P&ID Interpretation, SmartPlant Instrumentation, Loop Diagrams, IO list, EDE Views.
