Role Summary

Senior Performance Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and business opportunities.
  • Perform customer acquisition, marketing, offer, and placement performance analysis.
  • Conduct deep-dive investigations, root cause analysis, and impact assessments.
  • Evaluate business initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization and investment prioritization.
  • Develop recurring and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking solutions.
  • Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, and consistency across reports and analyses.
  • Partner with forecasting, analytics, and business teams to support planning and decision-making.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in

    SQL

    for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in

    Microsoft Excel

    (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Advanced Formulas, Data Analysis).
  • Strong experience in:

  • Root Cause Analysis
  • KPI Measurement & Reporting
  • Campaign Performance Analysis
  • Customer Acquisition Analysis
  • Offer Effectiveness Analysis
  • Data Validation & Quality Assurance
  • Stakeholder Presentation & Storytelling
  • Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations.

Good to Have

  • Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
  • Python for analytics, automation, and advanced data processing.
  • Experience with forecasting support and predictive analytics.
  • Exposure to A/B testing, customer journey analysis, and digital marketing analytics.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Retail, or Customer Acquisition Analytics domains.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, or related field.
