Within our commercial Insights, Analytics, and Data organization, you will be part of a transformation aimed at empowering decision-making throughout the commercialization process. We are currently seeking a dynamic talent to join us as an Analyst in Data Science. **Role Overview:** - Work with partners in various Therapeutic and Domain areas to create scalable analytics solutions - Collaborate with experienced data scientists and business analysts to address critical business challenges - Translate business queries into analytical problems and deliver impactful solutions using statistical and machine learning expertise - Collaborate with Market leaders to answer critical business questions through data science solutions **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a moderate-sized team of Data Scientists to solve complex business problems - Collaborate with business leaders to define and prioritize business problems and conceptualize data science solutions - Manage end-to-end Program Management to ensure alignment with business priorities - Standardize and scale data science solutions for increased delivery efficiency - Design and implement solutions that meet business requirements in collaboration with cross-functional teams - Present findings to senior business stakeholders and ensure technical and professional development of junior team members **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years of industry experience - Extensive experience in healthcare analytics or consulting sectors - Strong Python/R, SQL, Excel skills - Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning - Preferred: Advanced degree in STEM, experience in commercial analytics for Oncology/Vaccine/Pharma & Rare Diseases At our Human Health Division, we prioritize patient care above all else.
