• 12+ years of experience in the end-to-end Finance module (AR,AP,GL,Service Billing,India Localization) processes is a strong advantage, as is familiarity with ERP(JD Edward) or COTS systems supporting business-critical operations.

• As a Requirement Solution Engineer, you act as the vital link between our business and development teams. You capture what the business truly needs — and why — translating it into solutions that bring measurable value.
• Every day, you collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to create digital capabilities that move us toward Volvo Group’s ambition of becoming a fully agile and data-driven organization.
• You take pride in understanding complex business challenges and transforming them into actionable insights.
• You guide teams through the process — from refining requirements and ensuring architectural alignment to maintaining the highest standards in quality, security, and performance.
• You don’t just deliver solutions; you shape experiences that empower the business to grow and evolve.
• Curiosity drives you. You explore emerging technologies, new methodologies, and best practices to find smarter, more sustainable ways of working. You’re comfortable navigating change and thrive in an environment where collaboration, learning, and innovation go hand in hand.
• To succeed in this role, you bring both technical understanding and business insight — and you know how to connect the two. You have hands-on experience working close to the business, identifying needs, and transforming them into digital solutions that truly create value.
• You are used to translating business challenges into clear, actionable requirements and guiding development teams toward successful outcomes. You understand how to balance strategic thinking with operational excellence — seeing the bigger picture while making sure every detail fits.
• You’ve worked closely with Solution Architects, Developers, and Testers, and you know how to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You bring a strategic mindset and a collaborative spirit. You know how to listen, connect, and inspire. You take ownership of results, lead with curiosity, and always keep the end user in focus. You communicate clearly, work seamlessly across teams and cultures, and make things happen — from concept to delivery.
