Solution Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end solution architecture design across various domains, ensuring alignment with business requirements, scalability, and security.
Technology Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams in implementing complex IT projects, mentoring junior architects, and ensuring architectural best practices. Cloud Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute cloud migration strategies, including re-platforming, refactoring, and hybrid cloud solutions for clients. Enterprise System Integration: Architect and oversee the integration of enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, and third-party applications into cohesive business processes. Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define technical scope, project milestones, timelines, and resource allocation. Performance Optimization & Scalability: Ensure that all systems and applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and future growth. Security & Compliance: Lead the implementation of security protocols, ensuring systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Innovation & Technology Roadmap: Keep abreast of emerging technologies, recommending improvements or innovations that align with business objectives.
