About Team:

Our team is dedicated to creating an associate platform for agents, which is essential for managing the support experience of Walmart marketplace. We focus on developing a system that allows agents to efficiently view and resolve seller issues, interact seamlessly with other marketplace systems, and implement automation for manual resolution steps. Our goal is to enhance operational efficiency and adhere to Walmart&aposs philosophy of Everyday Low Cost by reducing costs through innovative solutions.

What you&aposll do:

• Through this role you have an opportunity to develop intuitive software that meets and exceeds the needs of the customer and the company.
• You also get to collaborate with team members to develop best practices and client requirements for the software.
• In this role it would be important for you to professionally maintain all codes and create updates regularly to address the customers and companys concerns
• You will show your skills in analysing and testing programs/products before formal launch to ensure flawless performance
• Troubleshooting coding problems quickly and efficiently will offer you a chance to grow your skills in a high-pace, high-impact environment.
  

What you&aposll bring:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience in object-oriented programming and developing spring based micro services in Java
• 4+ years of experience in building of large scale data pipelines using big data technologies (i.e. Spark/Kafka/Cassandra/Hadoop/Hive/Presto/Airflow).
• 5+ years of experience in systems design, algorithms, and distributed systems
• Java: Extensive hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Python (GenAI): Beginner-level exposure to Python for generative AI projects, experimenting with model orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI-driven solutions.
• MCP Tools & Agents: Familiar with Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools and building/working with AI agents to orchestrate complex workflows.
• A2A Protocol: Exposure to application-to-application (A2A) protocol for seamless integrations and communication between distributed systems.
• Langgraph & Langchain: Beginner-level experience with Langgraph for agentic workflows and Langchain for chaining LLM-based tasks and building proof-of-concept solutions.
