Senior Software Engineer / Tech Lead

As a Senior Software Engineer at our fast-growing healthcare technology company, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative cloud-based solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using your strong Python development skills and expertise in Azure Cloud services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create backend services and APIs utilizing Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, and Flask. Your role will involve implementing and securing cloud solutions through Azure services like App Services, Functions, Storage, and SQL. Additionally, you will collaborate with teams to define architecture, ensure performance, and troubleshoot complex issues while adhering to security and compliance guidelines. Furthermore, you will integrate with AI/ML frameworks and data services, mentor junior developers, and actively participate in code reviews and design discussions. Your contribution will also include building automation, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient deployment. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of software development experience with Python and a strong background in working with Azure Cloud services and deployment pipelines. Expertise in designing APIs, data pipelines, and scalable backend systems is essential, along with a good understanding of security practices, data encryption, and compliance frameworks. Your ability to work independently, guide teams on technical challenges, and communicate effectively will be critical to your success. Preferred skills include experience in regulated industries like healthcare or insurance, familiarity with OCR pipelines, data extraction, or ML/AI integration, knowledge of HIPAA or similar compliance frameworks, and hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools.,
