Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshoot and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of system/component issues (Hardware / Software) by utilizing relevant tools and methodologies. - Provide detailed technical information to internal and external teams to support findings and facilitate issue resolution. - Establish strong relationships with internal engineering teams and Operating System vendors to meet engineering goals. - Stay updated on Operating System / Hypervisor technologies, leverage knowledge for internal training and process enhancement. - Design and implement intelligent automation solutions using AI and agentic tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Qualifications Required: - 6-9 years of relevant experience in the software/hardware industry with a strong background in Computer Architecture (x86/ARM) and exposure to Hardware, BIOS, Firmware, Assembler, and Kernel abstraction layers. - Proficiency in C / Assembly level Programming / Debugging. - In-depth understanding of Operating System Internals, with a preference for candidates with Device Driver Development background. - Conceptual knowledge of networking and storage subsystems, along with strong analytical skills for technical issue troubleshooting. - Experience in developing automation and familiarity with AI/agentic tools for efficiency enhancement.
