Role Overview:

We are seeking aSenior SEO/PR Specialistfocused onlink acquisition, digital PR, and brand authority. This role is crucial for strengthening Rosotravel's domain authority in competitive markets (USA, UK, DE, PL) and ensuring we are recognized as a trusted, citable brand in travel search,both for users and emerging technologies like LLMs.

Key responsibilities:

• Design a comprehensive authority-building strategy and execute outreach campaigns to earn backlinks from high-DA US and UK domains.
• Build relationships with travel blogs, journalists, and influencers.
• Secure guest posts, PR mentions, and directory listings (TripAdvisor, Viator, GetYourGuide).
• Manage digital PR campaigns tied to new product launches.
• Coordinate with the On-site SEO team to ensure link juice is directed to strategic pillar and money pages.
• Support reputation management: reviews, mentions, Wikipedia/WikiVoyage if possible.
• Monitor backlink profile, disavow toxic links, track DA/DR growth.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the 3 following areas: link building and PR and communications (e.g. with client, content creation).
• Experience in a high-volume e-commerce company, with at least hundreds of transactions per month.
• Proven track record of securing links from Tier-1 US/UK media or travel blogs.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools (e.g., Ahrefs/SEMrush, Muck Rack, Brand24).
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals (anchor text, link velocity, authority metrics).
• Strong copywriting skills for outreach emails and press releases.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

KPIs for positions:

• Number of quality backlinks (DA>50).
• Brand mentions: aiming for +100 new mentions per month.
• Growth in Domain Authority/Domain Rating.
• PR mentions in US/UK media.
• Referral traffic and assisted conversions.
• Backlink profile health: maintaining toxicity score below 2% and avoiding PBN/sponsored spam.
