Senior SDR (Outbound Cold Calling)

ContextQA is a US-headquartered, AI-powered test automation platform used by engineering and QA teams. We are hiring an experienced Senior SDR (Outbound Cold Calling) based in India to build our pipeline.

Role & responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to QA heads, engineering managers, VPs of Engineering and CTOs
• Introduce ContextQA's autonomous testing platform and explain its value clearly
• Qualify prospects and book demos for our Account Executives
• Handle objections confidently and follow up through calls, email and LinkedIn
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in the CRM
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for conversations and meetings booked
• Share prospect feedback with sales and product teams to improve messaging

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR or outbound inside sales professional
• Proven cold-calling track record with targets met or exceeded
• Experience selling B2B SaaS or technology products to technical or senior decision-makers
• Excellent spoken English and strong listening and objection-handling skills
• Hands-on experience with a CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar)
• Comfortable working [US time zone / shift timings]
• Good to have: Cold Calling, experience selling software testing, DevOps or developer tools, and experience with US or international markets
