Job Title:
Role Overview:
a minimum of at least 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations
The role involves solution design, configuration, cross-functional integration, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end project delivery while ensuring alignment with SAP Public Cloud best practices.
Key Responsibilities
SAP SD Functional Consulting & Configuration
- Analyze business requirements across Sales, Distribution, Logistics, and Customer Service processes.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD solutions within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process design and implementation.
- Configure and support Customer and Material Master Data, Sales Document Types, Item Categories, and Schedule Line Categories.
- Manage Pricing Procedures, Output Management, Shipping, Billing, Invoicing, and Credit Management.
- Support Returns Management, Claims Management, and Intercompany Sales processes.
SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Implementation
- Lead and participate in Fit-to-Standard workshops following SAP Activate Methodology.
- Perform business process configuration using
Central Business Configuration (CBC) and Self-Service Configuration UIs (SSCUI)
. - Support scope item activation, business process adoption, and SAP Best Practices.
- Work with SAP Fiori applications, Embedded Analytics, and Workflow/Approval Processes.
- Conduct quarterly release impact assessments, regression testing, and change adoption activities.
- Ensure compliance with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud standardization and extensibility principles.
Cross-Functional Integration
- Collaborate with SAP MM, EWM, PP, FICO, TM, GTS, and IBP teams to ensure seamless business process integration.
- Support integration across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Work with API-based integrations and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities as required.
Testing, Deployment & Production Support
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate enhancements and integration requirements.
- Execute Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing.
- Analyze defects, troubleshoot functional issues, and drive timely resolution.
- Support data migration validation, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and production stabilization.
Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership
- Facilitate business workshops, solution demonstrations, and user training sessions.
- Engage with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP standard solutions.
- Collaborate with global delivery teams across multiple time zones.
- Mentor junior consultants, provide functional guidance, and support project delivery milestones.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
SAP SD:
Strong functional expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Sales processes.SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud:
Should have Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects
, with hands-on functional configuration experience.Public Cloud Configuration:
Practical expertise in Central Business Configuration (CBC), SSCUI, Scope Item Activation, and SAP Best Practices.Implementation Methodology:
Strong understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and experience conducting Fit-to-Standard workshops.SAP Cloud Capabilities:
Working knowledge of SAP Fiori Apps, Embedded Analytics, and Workflow/Approval Processes.Integration:
Experience integrating SAP SD with MM, FICO, EWM, PP, or other relevant SAP modules.Testing & Deployment:
Experience in SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.Consulting & Leadership:
Strong client-facing communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and junior consultant mentoring skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and API-based integrations.
- Experience with Intercompany Sales, Returns Management, and advanced pricing scenarios.
- Knowledge of SAP TM, GTS, and IBP integrations.
- Experience working on global SAP transformation and implementation programs.
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition certification would be an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Key Requirement
Candidates must have hands-on SAP SD functional experience and a minimum of 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. Experience limited to SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud implementations will not meet the mandatory Public Cloud requirement.
