ProGen Weight Management – Mumbai

Job Summary

ProGen Weight Management is looking for a commercially driven Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and grow its Mumbai business.

The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing medical partnerships, coordinating marketing activities and managing the Mumbai office.

The initial team will comprise two Clinical Dietitians and one Receptionist, reporting directly to the Manager. The Dietitians will divide their time between patient consultations and field visits to doctors.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on revenue growth, patient acquisition and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue and patient acquisition targets.
• Build and expand ProGen’s network of doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
• Coordinate and monitor field sales activities of the two Clinical Dietitians.
• Lead, motivate and manage the team, ensuring a balance between clinical consultations and doctor visits.
• Monitor leads, sales conversions, patient follow-ups and retention.
• Plan local marketing activities and promotional initiatives to generate new enquiries.
• Manage the daily operations of the Mumbai office and ensure an excellent patient experience.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, revenue, referrals and team performance.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of experience in sales, marketing or commercial management.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, nutrition or wellness businesses preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting doctors and developing professional partnerships.
• Proactive, independent and results-oriented.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
