Senior Sales Executive/ Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Account Management:

  Conduct outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp campaigns to the existing SteriKonnect database to meet monthly sales targets.

• Client Engagement:

  Manage regular communication and regional meetings with pharmaceutical companies, OEMs, and research institutes across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa, and Madhya Pradesh.

• Lead Generation:

  Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target industry segments.

• CRM Management:

  Meet daily activity metrics (calls/emails) assigned by management and log all updates accurately in the CRM.

• Sales Documentation:

  Generate transaction documents including PFI, estimates, invoices, delivery challans, and E-Way bills using online software.

• Logistics & Packing:

  Take full responsibility for packing, coordinating gloves dispatches, and managing logistics with courier companies for nationwide customer delivery.

• Event Support:

  Manage company booths and representation at industry exhibitions and seminars.

Requirements

• Experience:

  2 to 3 years of minimum experience; B2B sales experience is a strong advantage.

• Language Skills:

  Medium-level English fluency required, along with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi for effective client communication.

• Technical Skills:

  Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with online billing and CRM platforms.

• Mobility:

  Valid two-wheeler driving license and riding skills.

  6 days a week

• Office Timings:

  9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Salary:

  35,000 to 40,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
