Job Title: Senior Sales Agent – Banking & Loan Products

Role Overview :

* We are looking for an experienced sales professional with strong knowledge of loan products across Indian public-sector banks, private banks and NBFCs.

* The candidate should confidently guide customers through loan selection, application, documentation, approval and disbursement, with clear and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities :

* Generate leads, understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

* Handle home loans, personal loans, business loans, loans against property, vehicle loans and other secured and unsecured lending products.

* Compare lender offerings, including interest rates, eligibility criteria, tenure, processing fees and repayment terms.

* Assess customers’ financial profiles, income documents, credit history and borrowing requirements.

* Coordinate with bank relationship managers, credit teams and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.

* Maintain accurate customer records, application updates and follow-ups in the CRM.

* Achieve agreed sales and disbursement targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

* Explain loan terms transparently, protect customer information and follow applicable compliance requirements.

Required Experience & Skills :

* Preferably 4+ years of experience in loan sales, banking, financial services or a loan distribution/DSA business.

* Strong working knowledge of lending policies and processes across multiple Indian banks and NBFCs.

* Established relationships with bank representatives and lending partners.

* Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain financial products in simple language.

* Professional proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

* Strong customer handling, negotiation, follow-up and sales closure skills.

* Working knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel and digital loan application platforms.

Qualification :

* Graduate in any discipline; a background in commerce, finance or business administration is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
