Job Summary

We are hiring experienced US Talent Acquisition / US Recruitment professionals to join our recruitment team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, stakeholder management, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Candidates with strong communication skills and experience working with US-based hiring teams will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for US-based requirements.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment stakeholders to understand hiring priorities.
• Meet recruitment targets, quality standards, and turnaround times.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and pipeline status.

Required Skills

• 5–15 years of experience in US Talent Acquisition / US Recruitment / US Staffing.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Experience working with US-based stakeholders/hiring teams.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

• CL 10 – Up to ₹10 LPA
• CL 9 – ₹14.5 LPA Fixed
• CL 9 is a high-priority requirement

Interview Process

• CL 10: 1 round
• CL 9: 2 rounds
