Role & responsibilities

  • Graduate- in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years experience in US/ UK/Canada/ APAC/ Austrailia staffing .
  • Good hands-on experience search techniques and writing Boolean search
  • Working knowledge of job boards SEEK, and social media LinkedIn
  • Good knowledge of work permits / authorizations / visa / tax terms etc.
  • English language skills (both verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, word etc and record keeping
  • Time management, planning and prioritising
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently complete tasks
  • The ability and willingness to learn and absorb knowledge quickly
  • Strong clients focus & customer support: follow-up skills and commitment to continuous improvement
