Senior ReactJS Developer with GraphQL

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for owning and driving key initiatives that support the developer workflow from PR to release. You will need to innovate and deliver technical solutions while collaborating with partner engineering teams for inputs, support, and guidance. Monitoring, reviewing, and coaching developer performance, conducting regular performance appraisals, and providing disciplinary actions will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to document technical solutions and effectively articulate them to both business and technical audiences. Presenting, communicating, and advocating engineering perspectives, as well as participating in Agile ceremonies and demonstrating ownership of work throughout the sprint process, are essential aspects of this role. The desired skills for this position include expertise in React.js with at least 6 years of experience, GraphQL with 3+ years of experience, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS, strong knowledge of responsive design, performance optimization, and accessibility (WCAG), testing with Jest and React Testing Library, CI/CD awareness, experience working in Agile teams, and fluency in English.,
