Job Description

Role Overview: As a highly skilled Senior Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust architectural solutions using the Raincode Platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and Cobol into existing systems, ensuring enhanced system performance. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to junior team members, analyze complex business problems, oversee architectural designs" implementation, conduct system audits and evaluations, develop documentation, gather requirements from stakeholders, ensure compliance with industry standards, modernize legacy systems, collaborate with project managers, drive innovation, and facilitate workshops and training sessions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop comprehensive architectural solutions using the Raincode Platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and Cobol into existing systems - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members - Analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions - Oversee the implementation of architectural designs and conduct system audits - Develop and maintain architectural documentation - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Lead efforts to modernize legacy systems and incorporate new technologies - Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery - Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and promote best practices Qualifications: - Possess in-depth knowledge of the Raincode Platform - Demonstrate expertise in CICS, VSAM, JCL, DB2, and Cobol - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts - Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends - Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions - Collaborative mindset for working effectively with diverse teams,
