Senior Quality Analyst (Automation & Manual)

You will be working as a Senior Automation QA & Manual Testing Specialist in the FSD department at InxiteOut Pvt. Ltd. As part of our team, you will focus on ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-powered applications by leading the quality assurance strategy and establishing automation frameworks from scratch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a strong knowledge of Python - Configuring and testing AI/ML product/system - Managing and mentoring junior QA engineers in test automation and AI system validation - Owning functional and non-functional testing across complex distributed systems - Leading test planning, test case design, and execution for web, API, and AI-based systems - Designing and maintaining regression test suites to ensure full coverage - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define test strategies for LLM-based features - Owning testing of AI-specific behaviors like hallucination and factual accuracy, consistency in prompt-response pairs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) flows In addition to the above responsibilities, you must have the following skills: - Deep experience in Functional Testing including REST API Testing, Integration, Acceptance, E2E, Smoke, Sanity, and System Testing - Strong foundation in Non-Functional Testing such as Performance and Load Testing, Stress and Security Testing - Proficiency in Testing Methods like Black-box, White-box, Grey-box Testing and Regression Testing lifecycle ownership - Expertise in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, and TestNG - Strong scripting/coding skills in Python (preferable) / Java / JavaScript - Familiarity with containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes It would be advantageous if you have experience in AI Testing Focus, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, using AI testing tools or custom frameworks, evaluating LLM outputs, validating RAG-based architecture, understanding hallucination detection metrics, and exposure to safety audits for AI applications. Collaboration experience with Full Stack, Data Science, Data Engineering, and DevOps teams is also beneficial. For this role, you are required to have a Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. Certifications in testing or security (e.g., ISTQB, OWASP) would be considered a plus.,
