Senior QA Automation Engineer

Role Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Design and develop automation testing solutions for DataCom networks, including Layer 2, Layer 3, and Layer 4-7 protocols. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. Configure and deploy automation testing solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed. Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest automation testing tools and techniques for DataCom networks, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills Requirements:

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, and Shell.
• Expertise in network protocols and network testing tools.
• Experience in automation testing of networking products.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, ensuring the successful completion of tasks, and promoting a positive work environment that fosters collaboration and productivity, taking responsibility of the whole team.

• 4-6 years of work experience in relevant field
• B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree from a reputed university. Computer science background is preferred
