Senior QA Automation Engineer

The ideal candidate must be a strong hands-on individual contributor with the ability to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks independently.

This is strictly an Automation Development role

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 78 years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Playwright (Preferred) or Selenium

  .
• API Automation using REST Assured, Karate, Postman, or similar tools.
• Experience developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or C#.
• Experience in Functional, Regression, Smoke, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong debugging, defect analysis, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable UI and API automation frameworks.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
• Improve automation coverage and execution efficiency.
• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, debug, and analyze automation failures.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.
• Independently drive automation initiatives with minimal supervision.

Good to Have

• Hands-on Playwright framework implementation.
• Docker and containerized test execution.
• Cloud-based test execution experience.
• Exposure to AI-assisted Test Automation tools.
