Senior Python / JavaScript Backend Engineers

Job description We are looking for talented Python/Javascript software engineers to join our growing team, working on innovative projects in AI enabled enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and deploy web applications using Python and JavaScript frameworks. - Build and maintain scalable APIs using FastAPI. - Design and integrate AI assistants/chatbots, including custom development and third-party integration. - Manage and optimize databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB. - Work with vector databases to enhance machine learning and AI functionalities. - Collaborate on data ingestion pipelines, handling various data formats such as JSON and YAML. - Work cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and other developers to deliver quality software solutions. - Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines. Skills and Qualifications: - Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript. - Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, Reactjs, Nextjs. - Knowledge of vector databases and their applications in AI and machine learning. - Solid understanding of JSON and YAML file formats. - Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB). - Familiarity with data ingestion processes and ETL pipelines. - Proficiency in AI Assistant development and integration, including conversational AI. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team. Nice to Have: - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Models) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex. - Understanding of Vector Databases and semantic search concepts. - Working knowledge of Graph Databases - Knowledge of building backend APIs for AI solutions to be integrated with frontend frameworks. - Comfortable with Python and JavaScript implementations of AI Frameworks LangChain/LlamaIndex.
